Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and availability for all guests, a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings. Reserved simulator time is removed from public availability at the time of booking and notice is required to give space for the time to be refilled if cancelled or changed.

General 24-Hour Policy

Deposits will be forfeited if a booking is cancelled and/or changed within 24 hours and the vacant time is not filled by another party.

Deposits will be returned as account credits when:

Cancellations or changes are made more than 24 hours in advance, and/or
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours are successfully refilled

Debit/Credit card refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis (for example, guests who reside outside of Kingston & Area and have no foreseeable plans to return).

All cancellations must be online through your site account or by phone to 647-594-6676 (NORM).

🎯 Public Players

A standard deposit of $25.44 + HST ($28.25 taxes-in) is required for each booking.
The 24-Hour Cancellation Policy outlined above applies to all public bookings.
No-shows may be charged the full value of the reserved time.
Public Players are financially responsible for the full cost of their reserved booking if cancellations or changes are made within 24 hours and the vacancy is not filled.

Summary for Public Players:

24+ hours notice → Deposit returned as account credit
Less than 24 hours notice → Deposit forfeited unless time is refilled
No-show → Full booking value may be charged

🏆 League Members

League members are not required to place a deposit ($0.00 standard deposit).
League members are financially responsible for the full cost of their reserved booking if cancellations or changes are made within 24 hours and the vacancy is not filled.
Substitute players are permitted where league rules allow. For non-league members, an additional $10.00 will be applied at check-out

If Norm’s Golf & Social must cancel league play due to unforeseen circumstances, league days/nights will be rescheduled or credited accordingly.

🎁 Physical Gift Card Holders

Please book online and pay the standard deposit of $25.44 + HST ($28.25 taxes-in).
At check-out, your bill will be paid using your physical gift card.
You will receive $28.25 in cash at that time to reimburse you for the deposit

🎖️ Cataraqui Members & Other Discount Holders

(Cataraqui Members, Military, and other approved discount holders)

Please book online and pay the standard deposit.
Any eligible discounts will be applied in-store at check-out.
The remaining balance will be settled at that time.

Persistent Late Cancellations

Should repeated untimely cancellations be made by the same individual, management reserves the right to require a full non-refundable deposit to secure future bookings.

Management Discretion

Norm’s Golf & Social reserves the right to make case-by-case exceptions in emergency situations.
